Unlike other training companies, we do not believe in the “blanket training” approach. Prior to any training taking place we will spend time in your business with your teams to highlight areas that should be covered, and identify their individual training needs. Development Programmes

A programme of learning can be designed to suit the needs of your team and delivered over a period of time. A programme of training ensures that learning starts at one level and builds on this to take a team from this first stage through to a more advanced level. Programmes of training would be bespoke: designed for your hotel and the team and can also incorporate interim team assessments such as mystery shopper and individual coaching sessions.
