Professional Indemnity and Warranty

The company will prepare the content of all training programmes and on-site coaching responsibly and carefully, but disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the training materials or any advice given in person or by phone.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

  • Any liability for damage to your computer hardware, data, information, materials and business resulting from the information given or the lack of information given

  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information

  • Any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon the information

Whilst the company makes every effort to keep the information on each training programme accurate, we disclaim any warranty or representation, express or implied about its accuracy, timeliness, completeness or appropriateness for a particular purpose.
The company shall not be liable for any losses or damages (including without limitation consequential loss or damage) whatsoever from the use of, or reliance on, the information given in its training, or from any advice given.

Payment Terms
Invoices will be raised on a monthly basis and must be paid within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or postponement of any training or support must be made 14 days prior to the scheduled date.  If cancellations are received after this time, the full charge remains payable.  Any pre-booked travel such as plane or train fares will remain chargeable.
